Properties:
It is a palm-like tree plant, belonging to the Areca family, reaching a height of 34 meters.
In addition, its crown is narrower, with a diameter of 3-4 meters. The paper consists of a neck about 1 m long, with teeth and a round blade that does not show many fibers when it is dried by strong winds. Dead leaves fall off, leaving a gray bark.
It is a commonly used plant as a street tree that needs little maintenance and does not exceed the limits set for it. The plant can be grown in pots and placed in the form of groups that give an attractive appearance.
