Properties:
The guitar fig plant, or Ficus lirata, is characterized by the shape of its leaves that resemble a harp.
Because of the large size of these leaves and their shiny, oily color, they may reach a length of about half a meter, and often have no branches. If cared for, they will reach a height of two meters or more within a few years.
Displaying the plant by itself in a large square, as it is striking in the beauty and luster of its leaves.
Irrigation:
It is preferable to water the ficus when the soil is dry by 2 inches from the surface (5.1 cm).
Composting:
Fertilizing once 3-4 weeks with a liquid fertilizer until growth is complete, and there is no need for fertilization during the winter season.
Lighting:
Loving filtered bright light away from direct rays.
Heat:
18- 23°C.
